The inline skates (formely known as roller) Los patines en línea (también conocidos como roller) es un tipo de patín que se sitúa sobre dos, tres o cuatro ruedas puestas en línea una detrás de otra, lo que los diferencian de los patinesstand over 2, 3 or 4 wheels on a line. Our beginer skates are perfect to start riding, thanks to the wheel size and distance that help you to have a good balance. When you progress you might need better skates, we can help you to find the right ones no matter if you like skating on ramps, cones, or simply cruising the city at maximum speed. Aggressive skates,per example, are designed to jump, slide and do stunts, they have small wheels, padded liners and lower plastic frames, while freeskates have a short aluminum frames and hard wheels to go through the cones fast and precisely.

Parts of inline skates

Boot

This is where you put your feet, they are soft on the inside thanks to the paded liners and hard on the outside to give much support. Usually they have high cuffs.

Buckles and laces

To attach the boot to your feet the boots have buckles (plastic or metal) on the cuff and mid boot, velcro straps and laces. Depending on the wuality and type of skates you'll find one or some of them.

Brake

A rubber pad behind one of the rear wheels will help you to brake if you need it just by slightly raising your boot. Usually they are just in one of the two boots. Some skates don't have brakes included.

Frames

This is where the wheels are locked to your skates. They can be made of plastic or aluminum, also carbon fiber. They are light and strong.

Wheels

Your skates can have 2, 3 or 4 wheels, made usually of poliurethane, and teir hardness depends on the use they are made for. The bigger the faster, but the small ones provide much balance and stability.

Bearings

Inside your wheels there are 2 bearings that help them to spin fast.
